Our melting shop relies on a dog-house-embedded electric arc furnace and an induction melting unit consisting of two distinct furnaces.

HEAT TREATING

Our factory features two single furnaces, one of which is API 6D – annex F certified and a treatment unit comprising two API 6A annex M – class furnaces, an automatic manipulator for fast, repeatable, and safe treatment cycles, and a fan-fitted quenching tank. Our operations are meticulously tracked and supervised to meet the highest quality standards for annealing, normalizing, tempering, and quenching treatments. Our new burner units utilize eco-recuperative combustion technologies for responsible resource utilization.
